Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Story-me you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

Story-me is an AI-powered mobile application that:

• Allows you to upload raw video footage
• Uses artificial intelligence to analyze, edit, and generate short-form video reels
• Adds AI-generated captions, music, and transitions
• Enables direct publishing to social media platforms

The service is available on iOS and Android devices.

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using your email address or through Google or Apple Sign-In. You must provide accurate and complete information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at storyme@vynoxe.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

You may not create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.

4.1 Plans

Story-me offers three subscription tiers:

• Starter: $9.99/month or $90/year
• Pro: $19.99/month or $190/year
• Agency: $39.99/month or $390/year

4.2 Free Trial

All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods except where required by law.

4.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.6 Refunds

All purchases are final except where required by applicable law or App Store/Google Play policies.

You agree NOT to use Story-me to:

5.1 Illegal Content

Upload, create, or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive material

5.2 Harmful Content

Create or distribute content that:

• Contains violence, hate speech, or harassment
• Sexualizes minors in any way
• Promotes terrorism or extremist ideology
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial content

5.3 Platform Abuse

• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Use automated bots to access the service
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Share your account credentials with others

5.4 Copyright Infringement

Only upload videos for which you own the rights or have explicit permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted content without authorization.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

Story-me, its logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by VYNOXE LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the original videos and content you upload to Story-me.

6.3 License to Us

By uploading content you grant VYNOXE LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (generating your reels). We do not use your content to train AI models.

7.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload or create using Story-me. We do not monitor or review user content in advance.

7.2 Content Standards

Your content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and the terms of any social media platforms you publish to.

7.3 Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

8.1 Nature of AI Output

Story-me uses artificial intelligence to generate video edits, captions, and music selections. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes.

8.2 Your Review Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated content you choose to publish.

8.3 No Guarantee of Virality

We do not guarantee that reels generated by Story-me will achieve any particular performance on social media platforms.

8.4 Third-Party AI Services

Our AI features are powered by third-party services including Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (Whisper). Your content is processed by these services in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

9.1 Platform Terms

When you connect social media accounts and publish content you must also comply with the terms of service of those platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

9.2 Account Authorization

By connecting a social media account you authorize Story-me to post content on your behalf. You can revoke this authorization at any time in Settings → Connected Accounts.

9.3 Platform Availability

We do not guarantee the availability of social media publishing features as they depend on third-party platform APIs that may change without notice.

9.4 Music and Copyright

Story-me provides royalty-free music from licensed libraries (Pixabay, Freesound). While we take reasonable steps to ensure music is properly licensed, you are responsible for ensuring any content you publish complies with platform copyright policies.

10.1 Service Availability

Story-me is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend the service for maintenance with or without notice.

10.2 No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law VYNOXE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VYNOXE LLC from claims arising from your use of Story-me, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Are required to do so by law

Upon termination you lose access to all your projects and generated content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

For EU users: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Sending an email to your registered address
• Showing an in-app notification before the changes take effect

Continued use of Story-me after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
